The items shown here are a matched set, which came from the collection of Clem Kelly, considered by many to have been the grandfather of Vietnam military collecting. These were acquired by him during his time in Vietnam. These ranks would have been worn on all RVN naval clothing from work fatigues to dress uniforms.
