Republic of Vietnam Armor Field Officer's Beret

Description:One piece pattern, bullion insignia. The Armor branch employed uniform regulations for distinguishing rank on berets. The beret shown here is for a field level officer: a silver colored tank surrounded by a gold wreath. For other officers: company level had a gold circle surrounding the tank, and generals; an added star.
