Republic of Vietnam RVN Camouflage Boonie Cap

Dated: 1960-70s

Description:Mulipiece construction, evidence of insignia once placed on front of cap. Made of what is often termed RVN "Ranger" camouflage, these boonie caps were common among Airborne, Marines, Rangers, Regular Army soldiers and others. By 1975, as issuing of this camouflage pattern had increased to greater numbers, large amounts of these caps were seen in use.
