Description: Saigon Talior made, Blue/Grayish, bullion strap, National field police Badge. Officer rank visor caps featured bullion straps, senior officers had further bullion on the brim, enlisted was plain. The role of the National Police went well beyond the normal duties of a civil police force, functionally serving as another branch of the armed forces. National Police units were often the first on the scene in engagements, particularly in cities and population centers.
