VNAF Training Flightsuit

Dated: 1968

Description:United States made K-2B pattern flighsuit with "Viet Nam" arch. This flightsuit was worn by a Vietnamese pilot while training in the United States. The "Viet Nam" arch indicates service abroad (outside of the Republic of Vietnam). The suit is devoid of insignia, except for the Viet Nam arch, as was typical for a pilot receiving training in the United States. This particular flightsuit came out of Lackland Air Force Base in Texas, where a number of VNAF personnel trained.
