ARVN Women's ERDL Camouflage Uniform

Dated: Late 1960s-70s

Description: Tailor modified ARVN ERDL, short sleeve, 4 pockets. Originally a regular issue ARVN 2 pocket ERDL camouflage shirt, this item was cut down and modified to fit a smaller stature with the addition of 4 concealed button pockets, short sleeves, and indented curve/arch on the sides. These modifications and cut indicate a Woman's item/size pattern. Women served in all branches of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Vietnam. Standard uniform attire consisted of white/blue/green dress shirts/jackets and skirts, though green fatigues and camouflage was also worn for field duty.
